What makes it 75% Baby-Friendly: Free stroller loan, flat routes, nursing room and diaper tables aid caregivers, but loud organ music may upset infants and almost no activities directly cater to those under two years old.

A very good music museum with many performances to enjoy. In Japan, you can enjoy the scenery of distant European towns and the wonders of Mount Fuji. The ice cream here is also delicious. It is highly recommended to come here.
