If you’re planning a trip, here is a breakdown of why this little island is a must-see. The first thing that hits you...

Great little fishing island with a lace factory and nice restaurants. Colourful houses and is a must see whilst in Venice. We took a 5 hour excursion which took in Murano and Burano. Well worth a visit

A small beautiful and colorful town accessible from Venice by waterbuses. You do not need a map, just wandering about, everywhere you look at and everything you see is colorful and beautiful. The town also known as island of lace.
