The Spring House Hotel Rome Vatican, Tapestry Collection by Hilton (couple trip)

Wonderful 4 night stay in Rome! It was a beautiful hotel and the rooms were amazing we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. A special shout out, Sara the front desk manager was an angel. She was so helpful, my mom’s earring fell down the elevator shaft and they called the company to get it at the bottom of the shaft. She was so kind and very helpful, true customer service!

The service was very kind and helpful, the staff was so nice and welcoming. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the entrance to the Vatican museum, so you can get there early in the morning and avoid the long queues. Great little Hilton near the Vatican. Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds and great service. Breakfast very basic unfortunately and a bit expensive when it comes to room rate. Garage is next to the hotel and self parking is manageable. Very convenient location. Would return.

Room was was small but comfortable and clean and the size is to be expected in a historic area in Italy. The hotel itself is incredible. Used the spa amenities every day. Could not believe how nice the free private sauna is. The hot tub and steam room on the roof are also very nice and the location right by the Vatican is very convenient. The hotel restaurant was also pretty good.

I really enjoyed the location, I felt safe and there are so many locations that are walkable from this hotel. The front staff at check-in and throughout were fantastic.
