To be honest, I also do not understand the poor rating of this hotel on Google (on other websites, the ratings are very high). We had a great time, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful :)

Not sure why this place has bad reviews, it was great! The reception was very communicative with me before my arrival. Very close to the Termini station. When I arrived, the instructions were clear and I was checked in immediately. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a kitchen with coffee down the hall, and my room had a refrigerator, water, and a tea kettle. I would come back again...
