Raeli Hotel Noto (couple trip)

Great location. Super close to Termini station, you can walk down/take direct buses to the Colosseum, Trevi and all major tourist attractions and be there in 20 minutes. Rooms are unassuming, old but super clean.

The service was communicative, and the housekeeping staff were exemplary, with room cleaning and linen changes every day while we were gone, a huge plus. I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel! The staff was responsive and helpful when needed. My room was actually a good deal compared to other options in Rome. The breakfast had a nice variety. The room was clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping coming by every morning. Overall, a solid stay I’d definitely recommend it!

The location of the hotel was good, near to the train station, but at night there were all kinds of people drinking alcohol on the streets, it seemed scary from immigrants. The hotel room was not comfortable, the pillows smelled bad, the room smelled damp even though they cleaned it every day. I booked for 2 nights, the price was the same for 1 person and for a couple.
