It was a fantastic location! The place itself was cute and charming. Rafaelle was exceptionally kind and helpful; he generously provided us with a list of sites to see and try while we were there, along with a ton of valuable information! Rafaelle also carried all of our bags up four flights of stairs when the lift was out. Rafaelle is truly amazing! Highly recommend this hotel.
