I had a wonderful stay at Villa Grazioli in the elegant Parioli district. The location is truly special – peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful architecture. The reception team was outstanding: always kind, attentive, and ready to help with any request. They even kindly stored my luggage until my evening flight, which I greatly appreciated. This is not a four star hotel. Our first room smelled like sewage. We complained. The front desk was unkind and not understanding. Second room had residue of smoke. Front desk was again rude. Location was good, very central. Regardless of location, I don’t think I will be returning when I come back to Rome.

Wonderful hotel . Kaleen and staff are amazing and sincere. You truly feel like your home here . Love the lobby where we relaxed in a comfy couch enjoying our bottle of wine each night before bed. Rooms are very clean and comfortable . Breakfast buffet each morning was delicious and fresh . Only concern is I couldn’t watch tv with “English caption “ . Hotel about 15-20 min drive from Vatican. Lo...

Such a great experience, Calinni and all the staff were so friendly, polite and helpful and the breakfast and courtyard bar were so great I extended my stay. Location was fine, a 20 minute bus ride on no 63 or 83 suited me , Rome’s busses are cheap, frequent and the drivers deserve a medal! Arrivederci Grazioli, I’ll see you next time I’m in Rome!

Francesco on reception was exceptional as was all staff we interacted with. Breakfast choice was plentiful. Hotel has a delightful courtyard/bar area for drinks/snacks. Loved this charming hotel though it is a good 35-40 minute walk to what I would refer to a...
