it's a pathetic rat hole. The only positive point: being opposite the station. The service is lousy. The rooms and bathrooms are a mess. The elevator is an antique. more scammers. This 150 euro racket is pathetic.

Pros include its location: it’s central and very close to Roma Termini Station. The receptionists are super friendly. The facilities are old; the fridge in my room didn’t work (room 109), and the elevator feels a bit unstable, but honestly, that’s not a big issue considering the location, which is genuinely good. The downside starts with the breakfast, it’s bad overall, and don’t even get me star...

Perfect location! Great if you're catching bus from the airport (the one that goes to Termini). The hotel itself is near everything you will ever need, breakfast is super awesome and the stuff is super friendly. My room was clean, spacious with an okay view. It's quiet but not eerily quiet. There's liveliness that could only be des as - come. You won't regret it.

Quite good and fornthe price worth it for sure. Compared to many other hotels in Roma with similar standards, I'd say it one of the better. Friendly staff and easy access as well. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants it easy and accessible from the fiumicono airport since it close to Termini Over all happy and most like even come back for my next visit

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I stayed in room 502 (single-person room) and it was super clean, had many basic amenities, and it was quiet inside and outside the building. Yes, the building is old, but I think the price reflects that. I paid €43 for a one-night stay. This is cheaper than many hostels in Rome! Plus, it’s in a prime location.
