The hotel was really dirty. It was my first time seeing so much dirtiness in a hotel. The furniture, closets, and beds were old. Some parts of the walls were dirty, and so on. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I took photos of the hotel to prove my point, and I’m uploading them.

I booked the wrong date with Booking.com and the front desk a lady reached out to the travel agent to resolve the issue. She is an extraordinarily helpful being to accommodates the customers. The room and bathroom looked renovated very clean and modern. The location is excellent, close to the Roma Termini and close to shops. I strongly recommend.
