Hotel Marisa (couple trip)

Good location and very pleasant staff. However the walls are very thin so there is a lot of noise. The AC and shower door were broken, the shower also barely functioned. The rooms were clean enough and not uncomfortable, but there was no tea/coffee/water in the room. Also rushed out of breakfast as the breakfast space is not large enough for the amount of guests.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Roma Termini. The hotel has a vintage but luxurious vibe to it. It's extremely clean. Rooms are large and the bed was really comfortable. Reception was also good. The hotel is an absolute value for money.

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic from the moment we arrived. My fiancée was very ill after our flight due to her autoimmune disease and severe motion sickness. We showed up almost two hours before check-in, and she was pale and close to fainting. After explaining the situation, the staff immediately took action. Stayed for one night. In front of termini station. It looks dated but it does the trick. Surprisingly, the beds were very comfortable! I slept like a baby...Also breakfast was really good.
