I gave 3 stars. Mainly because of difficulty getting into our rooms. This is located inside a 1 huge apartment with other hotels. It is on the 5th floor however, the lift was so small can fit only 2 people. The location was very close to Termini, and other popular tourist attractions so this is a plus. The shower room is very narrow but there is hot water. Service - I cannot recommend them enough...
