This place is very nice and conveniently located next to the mall — just a two-minute walk away. It’s also about a 10-15-minute drive from the airport, which is great. The lobby absolutely beautiful! Not a huge fan of leaving to go outside to a whole different location for my room. There were at least three different extensions of the hotel for rooms. Luckily it was only one night. Had to travel a distance to go to breakfast. Only had a half hour and the breakfast buffet wasn’t even stocked. Ran out of eggs, yogurts, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and even prunes! ...

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always made us feel welcome, often offering help even before we asked. The atmosphere is calm, safe, and pleasant, with plenty of outdoor space to relax. Rooms are clean, towels are changed daily, and the location is convenient — close to a large shopping mall and a bus stop that connects to the metro. Breakfast is varied and tasty. I stayed for 5 days. The reception was easy to access and we were quickly attended to and shown to our room. The hotel is clean, with great care taken with cleaning and towels changed daily. Breakfast has good and tasty options, but it's the same every day. They could pay more attention and change the breakfast options.

1 star for friendly staff, 1 star for brilliant cleaners. The room in itself was good, beds were comfortable and the balcony too. Fresh towels given daily. The cleaners were putting my daughter's teddy's on the beds and it was making us all smile so thank you for that. However the ceiling by the bathroom was leaking every day. Water in the tap wasn't always warm. The breakfast choices was the same...
