Hotel Corot (solo trip)

Lovely hotel, one hundred metres from the main train and bus station. Highly recommend the Hop on and hop off buses to see all the historical sites. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Amazing location!!! You can walk to all of the Rome sites from here 1h being the max ( we walked to Vatican city ) 30 minutes to the trevi fountain, the best location very glad we booked here the hop on hop of bus stop is right at your doorstep and takes you everywhere you would want to go would definitely recommend the staff are lovely the breakfast is good to grab on the go or sit in and enjoy

Description-false, there was no kettle, no coffee, not even a cup, no minibar. Terrible smell of sewage, which gives you a headache, you can't open the window because there is a cafe downstairs and it's very noisy. The air conditioning is centralized, you have to call and ask to turn it on. Very thin walls between the rooms, you can hear your neighbor flushing the toilet, and in the morning from 8...

Whoever needs 4 or 5 star experience, those book in that kind of hotels. This is only 3 star, but very clean and the staff was very friendly, helpful, especially the receptionist lady from Romania. Whatever we needed we got it. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable. Also big thanks to the lady from the kitchen. As an old hotel it is gold hotel. 😊 💐
