Hotel Artis (with baby)

We stayed here as a family of 5. We booked 2 x twin rooms and one accessible room. When we booked in we was given rooms just outside the reception with a large double bed in each. The accessible room was small and not enough room for a wheelchair. This all resulted in a 14 year old boy having to share a bed with his dad and a 19 year old girl having to share a bed with mum and having to swap rooms...

Two of us stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The staff was very kind and helpful. Room cleaning is every day, which is convenient. The location of the hotel is in a quiet, suburb area with good public transport access, and 40 minutes from the city center.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. The hotel rooms are very basic, you’ll be disappointed with the reality vs photos. However, the hotel was clean and beds well made daily.
