Everything is brand new and clean, though a bit of a tight fit (not unexpected for Rome). Our room had a cute balcony with a table and chairs. Location is a little far from the main sights, but manageable if you don't mind taking public transportation everywhere. The host is fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Rome.

Very Clean new modern rooms with fast AC, heat , WiFi and a printer for use. Shared area with small kitchen coffee water snacks small range. 5 min easy walk from Roma Trastereve station. Easy to get around from this location. Convenient self laundry speedqueen next door.
