Colonna Palace Hotel (couple trip)

Beautiful premium bedroom with view over palazza. Excellent room space, lovely bathroom and queen size bed was very comfortable. Excellent houskeeping service. Location was exceptional near all historical sites. Fabulous service from Georgia in the front of house and bar. She was amazing.

Pros: location - in front of the Parliament and very accessible by foot to everywhere in the city if you dont mind walking. The breakfast is in the rooftop where there is a nice view and outdoor sitting. Cons: super noisy street and the hotel is a old building where the windows are made of wood and thin, you can hear everything happening in the street. With could hear people screaming, seagulls, ...

Pros: Location. Friendliness of staff. Wifi was working great for me. Breakfast was prompt and good. Cons: Room was old and dated, and only had 1 small window. Electrical outlets are from the 1950s. This hotel experience for us was near comical. For first 3 out of 5 night we kept getting asked if we were guests at the hotel everytime we entered the lobby. The AC never really worked, first few days it was set to balmy 24 degree even though it was 26+ outside. Next day it was "turned off" even thought it was 26 during the day.
