We had a great stay here! Really liked our room. Right next to bus and train stop, so convenient to get around. Staff was very nice. But the highlight of our trip was the bartender/barista in the lobby Vilmar. He was so kind and provided exceptional service. We would grab a drink just to say hi to him. The breakfast was delicious, and staff was friendly and wonderful in terms of customer service. The room was very dusty though, and the floor and carpet was dirty and dusty. There were ants. The shower was also impractically small it was hard to clean your body. But overall I like the hotel.
