Best Western Cinemusic Hotel (couple trip)

Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Plenty of space in the room for three of us. Nice bathroom with a large walk in shower. Beds were comfortable, AC was good. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of options. Breakfast room was very warm at times. Staff were all lovely and went out of their way to help. The rooms were cleaned everyday we were there. Just returned from this hotel. Rooms were mid sized not the best but not bad either. The beds were made fresh every day. The breakfast was very pleasant and fresh food. The reception staff alessandro was very freindly and helpful thank you. Location is a little out from the attractions but a easy enough walk or metro near by.

Not close to the main attractions, the rooms are very little. I know we are more used to big rooms and this doesn’t happen here in Europe but I believe for 2 people in one room is very tight. AC doesn’t cool the room much but is clean and the personnel is nice. The food is OK but always the same food every day not a little change on the menu.

Great service and info from the main concierge. Location isn't ideal but a very short walk to the metro line and you can get everywhere! Breakfast was lovely, Benzel and company was just the sweetest!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was a little further from the city center than we expected, but getting to major landmarks like the Colosseum was still super easy.
