Because I can't rate 0.The bedsheets weren't changed from the previous clients whith hair over them.The whole room smelled awful and when we called the owner told as that he will change the bedsheets after he finish his lunch 3 hours later. Terrible experience.

Awesome!! The rooms are nice, comfortable and very clean. The location is perfect to start by Vatican area and well conected by bus or underground to the rest of the city. The owners are lovely and helpful! Typical Roman breakfast is served in a cosy café just round the corner. We will be back for sure!
