UNA Hotels Galles Milano (couple trip)

The hotel is located in a great location. The room was lovely. I really liked thr Spa and swimming pool and I met some other guests who were very friendly. The reception staff were professional and very welcoming. Hotel staff Alessandro and Abbas were very helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my stay at Una Galles Milano Hotel and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We have stayed at UNA Hotels Galles Milano twice, this year and last year, and both experiences were excellent. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the service is professional and friendly, and the location is very convenient with easy access to public transport. Everything was well organized and met our expectations every time. We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it.

We chose this hotel for the location. Def a good location and easy public transportation or you can walk to many places. We thought our room would look a lot nicer based off the lobby, so def were surprised when we got to our room. Highly recommend, I stayed 2 nights as a solo traveller in Milan. The location is great, the M1 metro line is right outside the hotel, so easy to get to. It's only a 15 min walk to Milan Central which was perfect to get to for the meeting point to my Lake Como day excursion. And only a 20 mins metro journey to the airport. Staff are so friendly. A brilliant smart hotel for a city break in Milan. I stayed 5 nights in Oct 2025. Reception area smart. Bedroom smart. Good indoor pool where I enjoyed a swim.
