The experience was really disappointing🥺 First of all, the Wi-Fi is terrible. It’s a public network shared by the whole hotel, so the connection is extremely slow. Very kind and nice staffs who try their best to help us whenever we needed like early check in possibility, after check out luggage storage service. The room was comfortable, large balcony and room. We love it. Its also just walking distance to Milano Station. Thanks again for your kind hospitality.

Location is superb, just a few minutes walk from Milano Central, the room is spacious enough for 2 persons and the perfume in the room smells so good. The price is reasonable for the location. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent location close to the train station, rooms were decorated very nicely and a good size, it had everything you would look for in a decent hotel. We rented two rooms for one night. The first room was perfect, the second room reeked of stale smoke, which after informing the receptionist, they quickly moved us to another room without too much fuss.
