Scarlatti Hotel Milano (solo trip)

Rooms are absolutely not woundsproof you can hear everything of the closest rooms. Staff did nothing to understand me Last day I had a train at 6 and paid for breakfast so they gave me a breakfast box with like biscuits and water so for the price I paid it’s unbelievable, I complained and had absolutely no answer

Hotel was conveniently located near the central train station and was quite accessible to shops and restaurants. It is located in a nosier location though so if your room is on a lower floor, it may be noisy, but then again, it is Milan and it is a busy city! Close by to Milano Centrale station, with eateries and grocery mart close by. Newly renovated (so rooms can be slightly dusty), well furnished and clean. Amenities provided were sufficient for our stay. Thankful for the upgraded room! Service staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here last week, lovely hotel recently renovated everything is new and in perfectly condition. Had 2 different rooms as visited Venice in between our stay. Rooms are large, clean, with comfy beds, great storage space and luxury bathrooms. Had a very large balcony with first room and one with city view in second room. the hotel itself is very nice and modern, staff was very friendly and kind to us. however, I don’t recommend staying there for more than one night, as the location is awful 😢 (except for being very close to the central station). there are a lot of marginal individuals and screams outside the window, I'm afraid to leave the room😳
