Room was nice but they had bedbugs. I tried to complain and the manager ignored us. I complained to Booking.com and the hotel refused a refund. Other than that the road it is on is very dirty and the facilities in the rooms are not great. Do not recommend.

I stayed their for 3 days with my other 2 friends the room is really nice / clean and safe but they didn’t have any blankets and when we asked they responded the next day that they can’t provide it unfortunately this is the only bad experience other than that it was great, its near meteo and supermarket not near the center , they do have an elevator which was super good and helpful

Please don't write negative comments about this lovely Red Ribbon hotel until you visit city life sempione on Francesco Koristka 3. If you want to loose your money-come here. Your luggage will be unsealed and your things will be disappeared. And the reason for it would be...wind. 2000 euro for 2 weeks. you are welcome.

Very well located for MiCo conference center, great supermarket downstairs and transportation services. But, had no hot water for 30 hours. Shower had no door, so flooded every time. TV was nearly useless. Market days...under our window...early set up and hours of late cleanup were very noisy. Fridge stopped working although we were able to use that of the cleaning staff.
