Palazzo Viridis (couple trip)

Room services is one the best. Staff are friendly quick and they help no matter your request. Location is also vey good . It’s like a walk to Doumo. Rooms are fully equipped and shower is perfect but it’s really small imo.

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Milan. The manager’s attitude was extremely unprofessional and rude. He was not helpful at all and clearly lacks basic communication and hospitality skills. I tried to speak with him politely, but he was dismissive and unpleasant. Excellent location; 1 minute walk to the tram and minutes walk to multiple restaurants and to the Duomo. Rooms were spacious and reasonably priced. Had a lovely short stay at Palazzo Viridis in Milan. The receptionist (who I forgot to ask what his name was) was warm and welcoming. Plus points for the free upgrade and a special mention for the bed. It was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve ever slept in. A brief visit, but truly memorable. I’ll definitely come back!
