Staying at Ostelzzz was such a pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly professional and kind, which made me feel welcome from the first moment. We made a mistake on a non refundable booking, which wasn’t noticed until check in. The staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating us, and we were very grateful they could fit us in. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom as well as a cabin in a dorm room, both were excellent. The facilities were clean and breakfast was delicious. A hostel with a great vibe!

This place has seen better days and really needs an upgrade. The reception and bar area are soulless and give a bad first impression. My superior pod with a door was clean, but not remotely soundproof — whoever decided to build these metal boxes needs to rethink the design. The hotel/hostel would be super nice! However it is lacking some maintenance. The hot water was not available one morning, and the AC broke the night before. The breakfast included in the booking was really not continental as described. However, the staff is super friendly, and helpful. The pods were also pretty nice, and it is situated in a nice location! Easily accessible by metro from the Duomo...
