Do not stay here unless you think you will not need any sort of customer service. The room was decent and had a little kitchen which is the main reason we booked the hotel. But a few things came up where we needed help and the customer service is just a AI chatbot. If the AI chatbot couldn't help, it would say it would route us to an agent but then no one ever responded to us.

Comfortable room in a well connected location. Only issue we noticed is bathroom blind was not closing fully and because of that no privacy. Even after reporting they didn’t fix it for 2 days.

As i read on the reviews before mine AC was broken weeks in advance (no notifications until last minute 7 AM on the day of our arrival), it was 35 degrees outside. When talked to Front desk throught the App they said they would offer only a 15% discount, we ended up in another hotel.

Bad customer service. Check-in and all communication are 100% digital. There are no staff members to attend to your needs immediately. The morning of arrival (11 June 25), we received an email saying that the central air-conditioning of the hotel was down and undergoing servicing. Easy access, spacious, clean & neat budget self service hotel. They have lobby and inside they provide you with all the necessary things lots of towel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, you name it. They also have pantry with electric stove, microwave with fridge and olive oil ready. The design is very calibri minimalist aesthetic.
