NH Milano 2 Residence (couple trip)

Excellent hotel, great rooms and views of the lakes. Excellent pizza restaurant on site. The only downside is there wasn’t much in the area, but we used this as a base for the formula one which was perfect. Very quiet through the night. The rooms were also very large and staff were excellent.

I met Mr. Samir here, and thanks to him, I was able to solve many problems much faster and adapt more quickly. He took care of every detail and was truly a great support for me during my first year in Milan. With his strong command of the system, everything went smoothly.

We arrived late, around midnight, to check in at NH Milano 2 Residence. At reception, we were greeted by a man who, as we later discovered, was just a security guard. He seemed completely unaware of our booking and clearly didn’t know how to handle the usual check-in process, which led to some confusion and delay. The hotel cancelled our reservation without any notice just only a week before the actual booking. We were lucky that we could book the hotel for a part of the trip again. However, would expect proper communication on this. Also noticed that other people had this issue as well while arriving at the hotel.
