The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying. A special shoutout to the door staff, they were incredibly friendly, supportive, and accommodating. They always greeted us with a smile, which made every...

If you’re into bad restaurant service, you’ll love Nemi Hotel—it’s practically a masterclass in how not to serve guests. The rooms? Think IKEA starter pack. Functional, sure, but don’t expect anything you’ll want to brag about on Instagram. The staff? Out of the whole team, only the bellhop and receptionist deserve a medal. The rest? Stayed at this hotel as a family of 4, had a wonderful stay. The hotel has recently opened and the interior design of the hotel and the rooms was gorgeous. The rooms were spacious and the bed was firm and wonderful. Staff was supernice and friendly. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a 5 star hotel in Milan. Class without the stuffiness.
