Helpful staff, excellent location right next time th Duomo square. in room electrical systems need upgrade, a little bit more light in the living area of junior suite would help.. dark instead of white blind on the attic window that face the bed would help since it is very bright outside even at night.

While I typically rely on reviews before booking anything, in this case, I solely relied on the recommendation of a travel agent. This is really a room only hotel. But it’s clean. The staff is courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. And the location is central. There is no parking. You’ll need to use one of the nearby garages for an extra €30 per night. The hotel has practically no culinary offering. But there are plenty of Cafes and restaurants around the property…none of which I would recommend, by the way. They are...

We are here now. I am happy that my husband chose this hotel. All the sights and good shopping are within walking distance, but on a quiet street. We slept well and the noise of transport did not bother us. This is the best location! The room is large and very cozy. We especially liked the service. The receptionists are wonderful. Thank you for the super nice room❤️

UNA Esperienze Milano is a hotel I will return to every time. The rooms are incredibly spacious, which is rare in Milan, making the stay very comfortable.
