I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Milan. The location is excellent. The breakfast was absolutely great, with a good selection and fresh food every morning. However, the room cleaning could be improved. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, and the bathtub needed more attention. It seems like the bathroom area is due for some renovation... Great location to walk everywhere, we loved the roof top bar. Most everyone was helpful & nice. The beds are the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on, they must be old and felt like bricks.

Clean enough, old but quiet and good for sleep. Rooms is the old fashion way, door with old keys. Of course there could be better, it always can, but reading others reviews about bad conditions, I think they must be extra picky-in-life people. As a 4 star hotel they can have 4 stars from me.
