Perfect, very nice location, close to many things and sites, with a tram stop just a few steps from the lobby. Milan is a very beautiful city, probably my favorite. ​This is a very nice hotel with an ideal location. It's nestled just around Milan's Chinatown, which is perfect for food lovers as there are a lot of excellent Chinese restaurants nearby. The best parts are the accommodations themselves: the rooms are consistently clean and offer plenty of space. An added bonus is the short walk to the tram stop, providing quick and easy access to the Duomo.

Just simply horrible - actually horrible is underestimation. The hotel did not even provide us with proper clean bedsheets - instead they wanted us to sleep underneath a dirty blanket not covered by a single sheet but rather a dirty shell that you buy in a supermarket and then they did not want to provide any duvet cover and this is what happens when you pay almost €400 per night.
