Hotel Degli Arcimboldi (solo trip)

I will stay here 2 days. I tried to get in touch with the hotel before my arrival for information about the transport they never answer back I arrived here at 9 in the evening, I waited long for my check in. It looked like my room was not ready yet Finally I get my room, 9 floor, for people with disabilities. I am not a disables, I do really hope now they have enough room for disables after giving...

Only ever been at the hotel to eat breakfast and sleep, except for one evening when we decided to eat dinner there. Serving staff wasn't too receptive and couldn't explain the extra 4€ charged on the receipt. A very pleasant stay for 8 nights to this modern hotel. As a family of 5 we had two rooms, double and triple. We didn't had breakfast too expensive 15 euro per person... Clean and spacious rooms to feel comfortable in. Excellent quality of bed mattress and fluffy pillows to get rest. Every day cleaning service! The hotel is in a great location to the metro, park and shopping centre. The room was fine and comfortable. We stayed in one of the awkward shaped rooms, which was fine but left very little space for storage. The hangers are too high for someone short to reach and the cupboards are sealed up so can’t be opened, which makes no sense, for a hotel room. The key slot for electricity is hidden behind ...

We loved to stay in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly, the room is clean and well equipped. Only two things we object: in the room you can hear when someone is using the toilet or the shower through the drain + the walls and doors are not soundproof. Overall, staying here was a nice experience, thank you!
