The rooms are stuffy and hot. The hotel won't run the AC as its winter, window won't open as the handle has been removed. Wifi is poor. Bar fridge doesn't work. I've seen this in many other reviews and the hotel still haven't fixed it. Staff are useless. Bathrooms are nice however this hotel isn't 4stars. Its barely 3. I don't think it's worth the money.

Room 2018 (18 June, 2025 at 10:30PM check in, the hotel is full) Refrigerator is not working, was reported to from desk but they can't do nothing. The same happens with the TV, is not working. Shower stand is broken and the toilet paper holder is broken. The worst thing is the Air Conditioning is not working too. It is too late to change to other hotel.
