Stayed here with my husband few years ago for a business trip, experience was good. So few days ago we came back for 3 nights stay. This time the experience is very unpleasant. My stay at Cosmo Hotel was perfect. Staff is very nice, clean rooms. Breakfast was fine, typical European style. I was impressed how fast they pressed my suit for a wedding I was attending the next day. Overall is an excellent hotel, centrally located a nice shopping center and cinema 5 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around.

Terrible experience. My personal items were stolen during a business stay. Management first denied it, but I tracked them with my Apple device. Only then did they help recover them and offered a free stay as a courtesy. Later, they backtracked and offered just a 20% discount. Unprofessional and disappointing. Use the locker—and avoid this place. Not recommended.

I feel safe and comfortable in staying here. The only thing it should be improved is the orange juice served for breakfast. It has so much sugar and it tastes like powder juice. As I usually stay there for many days, it is not nice to drink so much sugar. Staff is very friendly and very helpful too!
