This hostel is terrible. The shower water wasn't even hot, and it felt unsafe because the door lock was broken. The owner charged me €12.6 for city tax, which is the rate for 4-star hotels, but this hostel is very shabby and doesn't deserve it. I'm writing to the city to report this overcharging.

My bed had bed bugs. Bed bugs were also climbing up the walls. After complaining I was offered another bed in the same bunk as a solution. "Kind offer" from the staff. As I decided to leave they continuously refused to refund me. I had to sue booking.com to get my money back. Don't go to this place.
