SCAM! I don’t understand how this is a 5 star hotel..there is no reception we arrived there the main gate was locked we called them many times for 2 days before our check in date but there was no response, we could not check in n we had to take another hotel. We went back the next day there was no one there as well n they did not answer us. Also how u call urself five stars hotel with 3 apartments...

In 5 weeks in Italy this was my worst experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There is no desk so it is all self-service. Air conditioning and wifi did not work. No intention of providing a refund. Nasty people. You would be crazy to stay here when you could stay at a hotel and get fine service.at a lower price. never again.

we loved it. centrally located. the only sticking point was not being able to place a call, having just arrived in Milan from America with a basic cell phone plan. could the the owner please advise guests as to what we would need to do to contact him by phone from the Airport or Via Cussani after hours.if we make a reservation in the future?
