Great location in the heart of the city but in a quite street. Quick response from the staff. Beds are comfortable and big. Enjoyed the staying a lot!

I booked a “superior” apartment (bedroom + sofa bed) in Milan, specifying that the sofa bed needed to be ready because I was traveling with my niece. On arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared. Bob does not charge for using the laundry facilities, using irons and looking after your bags, there are fun things in the rooms like Polaroid cameras and no one is there trying to find every conceivable way of removing you from your money.
