Aiello Hotels - Centrale (couple trip)

Terrible experience. The staff is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. When I arrived at the hotel, I rang the bell six times—no one opened the door. It wasn't the easiest to find but for the price it is amazing. Close to centrale station, very nice room and comfortable bed.

The staff was really nice to put us in the room with balcony. It was very spacious and clean. View from balcony was great. Location is very good too, 5 mins walk from central station.

This is not a “hotel.” While convenient to the train station, it is the third floor of an unmarked apt building with residents living on the first two floors. There is no staff available after 5 pm, which makes evening “check-in” bewildering. Rooms are lined up along a single hallway of the renovated flat with keypads on each door.
