What makes it 53% Couple-Friendly: A stroll to photograph the Liberty façade can add romance to a CityLife walk, yet no exhibitions, dining, or indoor entry will be available until at least 2026.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for couple trip: Allows time to photograph the exterior and plan for exhibitions and dining once it reopens.
Capture the Oval Dome:
Photograph the restored iron-and-glass dome and Liberty-style façade from Piazza VI Febbraio.
Tip: Visit at sunrise for soft light and fewer people in the square.
Stroll the CityLife District:
Walk through the adjacent modern district to see contemporary towers and public art.
Tip: Follow the pedestrian paths from Piazza Alberto Burri toward the park.
Attend a Design Exhibition:
Explore rotating art, fashion, and design shows in the 4,000 m² ground-floor arena once open.
Tip: Check the official CityOval calendar online to reserve tickets on release day.
Dine in the Future Restaurant Area:
Sample Milanese cuisine in the upcoming first-floor restaurant overlooking the plaza.
Tip: Book your table as soon as reservations open in mid-2026.

I received all of my shots here with no problem. They are organized.

Converted into a vaccine hub for Covid-19..the place itself is huge and the front liners manning the hub were all nice and very accommodating.
Nicholas Obert
Good organization and friendly staff. There was just a bit of confusion just before entering the vaccination rooms. I guess something unexpected had happened and they were forced to change some routes. Plus, the reception was quite slow and there were only two guys working while the available reception desks were nine.
Arash Fakharzadeh
Very good and organized vaccination hub..

Visit on clear days to see sunlight filter through the dome. In summer, come early to beat heat inside the glass passages. In winter, late afternoon light brings out the iron details on the façade.
