What makes it 40% Baby-Friendly: Strollers are allowed and a nursery exists only at MiCo, but Rho lacks diaper tables and has noisy crowds; parents must plan breaks and check with each organiser for baby facilities.
Note: Fiera Milano is 40% Baby-Friendly. You may want to consider other Baby-Friendly Things to Do in Milan for a more suitable experience.
Why 3-4 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: A half-day visit gives time to settle your baby, visit key pavilions, and rest at on-site facilities without rushing.
Stroll the Rho “Sail” canopy:
Push your stroller under the 1 km glass walkway linking main pavilions.
Tip: Use benches along the route for quick breaks and photo stops.
Rent a stroller at Mobility Center:
Pick up a full-day stroller rental at the East Gate desk.
Tip: Reserve in advance online and bring an ID deposit; cost is €15/day.
Reserve the nursery at Allianz MiCo:
Use the staffed baby room for nursing or a short rest.
Tip: Call +39 02 43426275 at least a day before to book your spot.
Snack break at Service Centre café:
Grab panini, bottled water, or baby snacks at the central café area.
Tip: Carry your own utensils and wipes; some tables have USB outlets.

Silly having to walk through the entire length just to get in (they voluntarily let you enter from the subway and walk the entire fair for reception)

Absolutely massive convention center. If you're going to the end, it's about a 15min walk from the train station, a little less from the metro. Most of the walk is outside under a clear architectural canopy, but it does rain and it's very hot when sunny. There are some restaurant options between the halls.

In April (Salone del Mobile) register early for the free Malpensa shuttle to ease airport transfers. In cooler months bring a light jacket: halls can feel chilly.
