What makes it 52% Kids-Friendly: Toy and vending fairs add play zones, stage shows, and mascots for 6–12 yr olds, but on ordinary days there is no playground and long aisles can feel dull or unsafe for children.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Gives families time to explore main halls, enjoy a kids’ zone and grab snacks without rushing.
Stroll the main exhibition corridor:
Walk through Massimiliano Fuksas’s modern pavilions and the Stella Polare auditorium.
Tip: Wear comfortable shoes and snap photos of the futuristic architecture; it’s free.
Visit a kids’ zone during fairs:
Join craft and play areas at events like Venditalia (May) or G! come giocare (November).
Tip: Check event dates online and reserve adult tickets early for guaranteed access.
Sample treats at refreshment points:
Find gelato, coffee and snacks at over 80 cafés scattered through the halls.
Tip: Budget €5–€10 per person and use quieter mid-morning or mid-afternoon times.

Well, it is MICO Milano. Biggest explo centre, one of my favourites, as it is located right in the centre of Milan city. And walking distance to the Three Tower and City Life area. It is very easy to go around near Metro station, and if you are hungry, just walk a bit to the Tre Torri area. You can find all the restaurants you like.

Very good conference center, large to small meeting conference rooms. Good exhibition space and a nice park and shopping center in vicinity. Good public transportation.

Great venue, absolutely huge, the pictures don’t do it justice, perfect venue for our hyrox and it was so well laid out! The venue felt safe, secure and it was tidy and clean. Easy to get access around the event and had various food options which is always a bonus.

Huge exposition and congress space, with wide spaces and well structured exhibition rooms. Modern and functional is placed in the modern and economic Milano district. 40 minutes from the city center and the Duomo Piazza. It's well communicated by tram, bus and underground.
