The "grand dame" of Milan museums in beautiful building with fabulous collection. Famous artists include Raphael, Giovanni and Gentile Bellini, Veronese, van Dyck, Canova (including his famous statue of Napoleon), and many others.

Beautiful art gallery that contains several works and most of them by Italian artists. Some of these are famous for more while others only for those who have a particular interest. The rooms should be better organised but 90 minutes will pass quickly also thanks to the audio guide. Fortunately I didn't have to book but I noticed that after 12 pm, the turnout was greatly increased.

The place is nice, good prices for ages of 18-25. The audio guide is interesting and explains the artistic significance of the paintings. But, all the paintings are of the suffering of Jesus, which is depressing. I do not recommend going with children, and for adults above 26 I don’t think the price is worth the experience, the gallery is small and the collection is decent but not huge. The bathro...

The museum is well ventilated with AC. There are lots of paintings of Jesus Christ and Mary. Took me about 1.5-2 hours to see everything. What I liked the most were the sculptures and statues. Perfect place to go if you love early Renaissance art. The staff speaks English which is good and for each painting, there is a description in English. The price is 15€ which is a bit much.

The museum is absolutely gorgeous. There are many historical paintings from famous authors inside. Although I am not really interested in art I definitely would recommend including it in your Milan’s trip itinerary
