Wonderful. I stayed here a year ago. Everyone was welcoming.. the owner and hospitality was amazing. Nice breakfast and cappuccino. The bathroom was very clean. Just a bus ride from the Duomo. It was just lovely. I would definitely return.

Terrible place to stay in Italy. You're not allowed to eat inside the room, and if you leave even a small food stain somewhere, they threaten you with an €80 fine. Great place to stay, it's not in the historical city but the bus station is just in front of the hotel gate, busses are little bit unreliable during night but we managed our way home every night, and it's 40 min walk if you didn't find any bus. This hotel was beautiful, easily accessible via the bus lines in Florence, and affordable. The owner was welcoming and warm, and the room was cleaned often and well. Fresh towels every two days, room was turned over multiple times during our week long stay. The shower was excellent and the dinner was incomparable. I would happily stay here again, and recommend it to my friends and family.
