The Market Urban Hotel (with baby)

Had a wonderful stay here on our 2 week trip to Florence. The main reason I chose this place was because of its proximity to the train station. I had multiple day trips planned ( actually 5 separate day trips in our 13 days in Florence hahaha) and having the train station a 3 minute walk from the hotel was super convenient. Very clean room. Nice view of the street. Had a room with two queen beds. Breakfast needs some improvement but overall the hotel was on a great location and the front desk was very friendly. Arranged for a cab for us and allowed us to leave our bags while our room was being prepared.

So the staff was so good I couldn't feel good leaving anything other than 5 stars. The room we had had a few issues but everyone was so helpful and kind it ended up not being a big deal. They really made the stay pleasant and were great, it is a little bit pricey but worth the quality of service.

Service and location is great. Right in the middle and walkable tours in Florence. Breakfast is also great and the service of the staff who left a nice assorted cookie parcel when we had to leave! Just one thing - in room found red interior of bathrooms bit jarring and also the smart TV never ran anything fully and kept showing technical error so cut one point.
