Mohammed Thimsar was a great help for us. He made the stay a distinguished one. Ana was an angel, she extended all kinds of assistance. Ellessandra was a real and warm friend to all . Very comfortable room with good air conditioning! Lots of stairs even to get to reception area but bell service was very prompt and helpful.
