excellent hotel. spacious and clean room, every day the staff tidied up the place, rich breakfast and polite staff willing to serve you immediately. Also it is in the center and everything is very close to you

The hotel is based in the center, perfect location to walk around the city. All the museums are close, walking distance. The room was spaciuos. The only problem we had was parking (the hotel has valet parking). As the parking company Fireparking after the first night brought our car back with 2 damaged rims. We filed a report but their insurance company is refusing to pay causing with this a 4000...

This hotel is ideally located. Central to most sight seeing locations, while being on a quiet street. Rooms are classic Italian. Both architectural and historical beautiful, and limited - that is a part of the deal. A special plus is the hotel bar. They have a really good selection of local liqueurs that you would not get anywhere else. That is honestly a night-try in of itself. Staff is friendly...

We stayed at Hotel Centrale on 2 separate weekends in May 2025. Both rooms were very spacious, clean with modern bathrooms. There is a nice included breakfast and a small bar in the lobby with complimentary light snacks on Friday nights with a harpist. It is very quiet and close to major sights. We have stayed at several hotels over the years in Florence, this is the best and we will return

We were so happy to have found Hotel Centrale after an airbnb fell through due to the heat. The staff were wonderful and the room was gorgeous! They had a cot set up for our infant within minutes and helped with anything that we needed. The only challenge we had was the AC was not strong enough for the high ceilings on a 90+degree day.
