Beautiful boutique hotel approx 15-20 mins walk into centre of Florence in a peaceful area outside of the busy centre. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Front Desk were exceptional in helping return an item of left luggage. Big thanks to Alessandro and other staff on front desk who went out of their way to help. Highly recommend this hotel.

We really love the spa, we had to book another reservation! We had Netflix on so we could stream music and couldn’t figure out how to log out but Alessandro at the front desk was able to take care of it. Bring your bathing suits and reserve it in advance so you can make the most of your time, it’s really fun! I am also impressed with the quiet vibe and superb breakfast at the hotel!
