I booked this hotel 1 year ago anticipating the lovely rooms advertised, when we arrived our experience was the opposite. We were shown to the 2nd floor and into our ‘newly renovated’ room. It was ultra modern and sparse and NOT what we would have booked if I had seen pics of this room online. No character, no toilet paper and no blanket, just a sheet and thin bed cover. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

A wonderful place in the middle of Florence. One if the best terraces in the city. Spend mornings and evenings up there it was amazing. Staff was always incredibly kind and fast. I can only recommend it! Till next time!

We woke up covered in bites and I to...

We mentioned it to the staff but they are busy and didn’t seem like...

The breakfast is really good for Italian standards and you have lots of sweet but also savory options to choose from. The room was more than big enough for 3 people and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was nice and let us check into our room e...
