Real amazing place to stay at. The rooms are nice can't beat the location and secure building. Stayed here with husband in the past and this review is overdue. There are stairs so be mindful of that. And recommend you be aware they won't change towels or linens until day 5 or will charge you bf only downside. Wish they would change that to day 3 instead. Great place to stay at!

Check in was very easy. Fulvio was most accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. He had *excellent* restaurant / food recommendations. Location is great- you are very central. That said, there is some foot / car / garage truck heard at night - but I brought a noise machine which helped. Would definitely consider staying again!

I felt lucky to find this brand new hidden gem in the heart of Florence. I stayed here for 6 days. The room is very clean and the bed is so comfortable. The host, Fulvio, is just amazing - super friendly, responsive and helpful. He gave me a lot of great suggestions for local restaurants, bars and even day trips. I really enjoyed my time here.
