NilHotel Florence (couple trip)

We stayed here for a few days. Like many other reviews, there was the good and the bad. The good part was the room was clean. The metal blinds were pretty neat and we had a balcony. The bad, the staff were very rude. The breakfast had stale tasteless food. The scrambled eggs were sweet as if sugar had been added. The croissants were dry and flavorless. And the only other options to eat were slices...

Was on a group tour and stayed here. Big, nice rooms, great bathrooms etc. Mini var and safe are in the room as well. Massive reception and lounge area. Breakfast was awful. Maybe a group tour thing, but terrible coffee, stale bread and pastries. There was another breakfast room that was better for sure. Needs some ambience like music or something, dining room is weird. The hotel is okay and the breakfast is good. Unfortunately, the rooms are quite noisy and you can hear everything from outside. The staff are trying their best to help, and I really appreciate their efforts in my case.

Rooms are good and views are good. Breakfast is the worst I have ever seen and I was terribly disappointed at the lack of options available. Would not recommend the hotel based purely on the food. Stale rolls, no toaster. Only fruit was apples. You k ow now what it was like o. The titanic where you were put in the steerage section. Absolutely terrible experience

This hotel is a peaceful spot if you’re looking to stay away from the busy city. It’s surrounded by a wide, open landscape and we loved the roses blooming right outside the entrance. Our room was decent, with a view from the back of the hotel—not much but still okay. We were kinda hoping for complimentary tea or coffee in the room, but sadly none was provided.
